Refund Policy

The Maison Pierre wants you to be happy with Pierre. You may request a refund within 30 days of any charge — subscription or credit pack — and we will refund it. No explanation is required, though telling us what went wrong helps us improve.

1. Email billing@pierre.style from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the charge (or the Paddle receipt).
2. You can also request a refund directly from the Paddle receipt email, since Paddle is our Merchant of Record and processes refunds on our behalf.
3. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and approve eligible refunds within 5 business days.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.

Cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend to keep, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it.

One-off credit packs are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Where part of a pack has already been used, we may refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis.

The kiosk hardware rental is a monthly recurring add-on. Cancel before your next renewal date to stop further charges; the current month is refundable within 30 days provided the rented hardware is returned in working condition.

We may decline a refund where an account has breached our Terms & Conditions, or where a pattern of repeated purchase-and-refund indicates abuse. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension until resolved.

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory cancellation or refund rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence.
